Authors will
need to send
full papers by June 1, 2011 at 24:00 WIB if they wish their
paper to be considered for publication in the conference proceedings. Papers must be submitted electronically via Word (1997-2003)-document e-mail attachment to the conference official email address
ltbiatmajaya@gmail.com. Papers with multiple authors that are submitted will be considered for publication in the
conference proceedings under the condition that at least
one author
registers and presents the paper at the conference.
Manuscripts will be double-blind reviewed by members of the conference reviewing committee. The committee reserves the right to ask for changes in the paper. Authors must comply with the
set due date for revision. If authors fail to submit the revised version by the deadline suggested, the committee has the right to cancel the slot for publication.
Papers may be rejected due to a
poor English writing,
noncompliance of the guidelines for authors, and any evidence of
plagiarism. Therefore, please make sure that you have your paper proofread, content-checked, and appropriately cited.
Guidelines for Authors
The manuscripts must have a title (12-15 words), abstract (150 words or less), key words (max. 4 words), and a bibliography list of relevant references used in the discussion.
The manuscripts must bear the original abstract title sent by the authors and printed on the conference programme booklet, and the original content presented at the conference. The committee will not consider reviewing different titles of manuscripts.
The manuscripts should be a minimum of 7 pages and maximum of 10 pages. No exception.
The order of manuscript sections: title-abstract-key words-introduction, theoretical background-research methodology-results-conclusion-references.

2. Margins: 2.5 cm (left, right, top, and bottom)
3. Line space: 1.5
4. Font type: 11’ Times New Roman
5. Title of the manuscript: bold-faced-centered
6. Author name(s) : normal-centered
7. Author affiliation(s): normal-centered
8. Author e-mail address(es): italic
Given the reviewing, revising, and publishing process time, the conference proceedings will be available for purchase in approximately 3 months after the TransCon 2011 event. We will keep the authors posted on the proceedings progress and purchase arrangements.
